for the enforcement of constitutional rights and a surveillance under bush and obama and the patriot act, warrantless surveillance in the bush administration and things like that. i must say that everything we are talking about today is laughable in my opinion in the context of these problems. i am particularly struck by the overwhelming hypocrisy of the claim that the president in interpreting the law and in refusing to interpret the law in the way that would drive a stake through the law is not enforced. it's amending that he and force the law in the way that the person making the demand is not taking care and must be painfully executed. it's to the president to interpret the law within the boundaries that he has in a way that makes practical implementation of the law to fluctuate the will of the congress and the fact people that want to sabotage the wall and for if no it not to work ane no bones about it save he is not obeying this particular sentence in order to make it work. talk about hypocrisy. let me ask a question. have you made this statement i want to ask mr. lazarus the following question

that problem, you have more people living at home and more people depending on government programs. under barack obama, who we all know is a big government advocate, there is an interest in keeping young people dependent on their parents and dependent on big government because the last thing they want is for young people to go in the real world and realize how much things actually cost, how many taxes they're paying and what it takes to be independent. >> what is the interest, the specific interest they have in making sure that young people don't know what it's like in the real world, that are comforted and sheltered by the government dole, by dollars, by checks, by benefits? why are they doing that? is the democratic party interested in increasing its registration? >> its registration. we all know young people typically vote for democrats until they get out in the real world and start pulling a paycheck. obamacare is a perfect example of why the land of adult children is happening. for example, you have president obama going out and saying k stay on their parents' health insurance until

this or putting up this notion somehow there was something done under the table here. something unconstitutional and unknown before this moment. >> sure. well, i think one of the criticisms that conservatives had is the obama administration has used its executive authority to tinker with the law in where they think congress should have a say. some of this criticism reaches well beyond logic. let's go back to sarah palin. the notion death panels are in there. the first she referred to was end of life consultations. that was stripped from the legislation because of the uproar she caused. it's not in there now. but years later she's acting as if it is. so there's a bit of lunacy to these criticisms. it's not based in fact at all. that's what clouds this debate. you don't know what are pure fabrications or gripes. >> don't you think party appeal, sam, of sarah palin is she doesn't give a rat's butt what the facts are. and i think that is her wild attraction. she's almost squirrely in that way that she wants to say wild things. we'll say that's not true. she'll just come back and say that's being tec
